My first every blog post

This is a milestone for me. My first website. My first blog post. 

In one sense, I don't mind what it looks likes- This is an achievement. 

Every step on the journey to "Becoming Me" has been a journey. 

I've been stretched, pulled, challenged, in some ways good, in others, not so good.

I found  the world of technology  near impossible at times, but I was forced  myself to persevere.

It's true, "Action speaks louder than words".

It's one thing thinking or saying we will do something, make the change, tackle the issue, but until you step forward and start to take action, nothing happens, nothing changes, still hoping, imagining a better future but still stuck on the sofa with a bar of chocolate or packet of crisps.

So, make a plan. Take a step forward.  Try something new. Baby steps are fine. Look how quickly baby grow. Every attempt counts, what works for you, and what does not work.

Gain courage. Impress yourself.  Congratulate yourself with a pat on the back, a sticker in your star chart or what ever your sensible, grown up self would do.

Acknowledge the little successes. They motivate, they mark the moment, the movement towards your desired future self. 

Watch the star chart and yourself transform.
