It is personalised guidance and support to help you achieve lasting wellness. Instead of giving you a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan, I combine my background as a medically trained doctor and certified wellness mentor to help you build sustainable routines.

How does Rediscover Your Health address past negative experiences?

We don't ignore them; We learn from them. Many women arrive with a history of failed diets, rigid regimes, or feeling dismissed by medical systems. We hold a mirror to these past experiences, disarm any lingering critical self-talk and use those lessons to build a safer, kinder, and more effective path forward. 

What Health and wellness coaching is not?

 

It is not a quick fix, a crash diet, or a generic, one-size-fits-all meal and exercise plan.

It is not a substitute for acute medical treatment, therapy or crisis mental health care.

It is not a rigid dictatorship—I do not hand you a list of strict rules and expect perfect compliance.

You might recall a strict coach from school or have had experience of a personal trainer at the gym. I won't be telling you what to do. Life can have many solutions. We will explore the best fit for you, taking into account your resources and restrictions.

What makes Rediscover Your Health different?

Most health programmes focus on managing symptoms with temporary fixes. Rediscover Your Health is different because it combines the clinical insight of a medically trained doctor with the nurturing support of a certified wellness mentor.

My unique blend of medical expertise and wellness mentoring allows me to look beyond isolated symptoms and take a more complete, integrated approach to your physical and emotional well-being. I believe true health comes from understanding how all parts of us are connected — our mind and body, our thoughts and emotions, our gut and nervous system, our habits and lifestyle.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, together we take time to explore your unique story, experiences, mindset, and daily patterns. Together, we work to rebuild your health from the foundations up.

Is a consultation right for me?

Yes, if you are a woman in midlife who feels physically drained, stuck in brain fog, or overwhelmed by changing hormones and life transitions. If you are ready to move past the "I'm fine" mask and actively invest in a healthier, long-term future at a manageable pace, a consultation is the perfect first step.

How do I book a consultation?

Will it be a problem? - I am on medication?/ I have a pre-existing health condition. I am seeing a therapist?

Not at all. In fact, this is where my background can be particularly valuable.

As a medically qualified doctor and certified health and wellbeing coach, I understand how lifestyle, habits, and behaviour change can work alongside conventional healthcare. However, I do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or medical care.

As long as your condition is stable and appropriately managed by your GP, specialist, therapist, dietitian, or other healthcare professional, health coaching can be a valuable complement to your existing care.

I do not alter prescribed treatment plans. Instead, we focus on building sustainable lifestyle habits that support your overall wellbeing, energy, confidence, and long-term health goals.

Many people seek health coaching while managing concerns such as weight, blood pressure, blood sugar balance, stress, mood, hormonal changes, digestive health, chronic inflammation, and other long-term health challenges. Together, we work on the day-to-day behaviours that can help you feel more in control of your health and wellbeing.

Where appropriate, I welcome collaboration with your existing healthcare providers to help ensure your wellness plan is safe, cohesive, and aligned with your wider health goals.
